Lunar New Year, called the “Tet” Festival, is the most important celebration in Vietnamese culture. It marks the arrival of spring based on the Lunar calendar. Tet is also a special time for family reunions and a chance to visit relatives, friends and neighbors bringing them best wishes for a new year of health, luck and success.

In celebration of Tet, YWAM Mercy Vietnam visited partners including Hanoi, Ba Vi and Bac Giang leaders, to thank them for their efforts and support during the last year.
During these visits, we reviewed project achievements and discussed ways we can have even better outcomes in the future. Plans for 2018 were also shared, looking for ways of continuing our close cooperation in the next year. Leaders expressed their appreciation for YWAM Mercy Vietnam’s contributions to community development in their locations and warm Happy New Year greetings were exchanged.
