The annual Hanoi International Women’s Club (HIWC) Charity Bazaar gave YWAM Mercy an opportunity to share with many of the 8,500 attendees about our work developing impoverished communities.
The more than $112,000 raised raised by HIWC from the Bazaar will be used by HIWC’s Community Aid Committee to make grants to charities supporting women, youth and children in Vietnam. YWAM Mercy has been a frequent recipient of these grant funds. In 2017 and 2018 we received grants to develop child-friendly libraries.
YWAM Mercy has been participating in this event since 2005. In addition to sharing about our work, we also sold handmade scrolls, dolls and bags to raise funds for our Children’s Homes,
